Blacktip Hunter - Extreme Saltwater Fishing! You may live your life and never see anything like this! The entire Sebastian inlet was filled with pinfish. The tarpon, redfish and snook were so thick you could walk on them. We took a piece of stingray out for shark bait. While Josh was taking photos with the red, the Avet 80 started screaming! Blacktip Hunter – Monster Beach Fishing Tarpon. We caught this monster tarpon fishing off the beach in southeast Florida. This tarpon was massive (over 100lbs). The fish took more than 300yds of line on its first run. It took over 20 minutes to land this tarpon. Reel --- Fin-Nor OS9500 Line --- 65lb Power Pro Rod --- 13ft Breakaway HDX Rig --- 7ft long (shock leader was 5ft of 200lb mono, hook section was 2ft of #9 wire).
