The girls team, formed by Nancy Haggerty, Kim Lazor, Amanda Britton, Melissa, Robin &Carin, fishing aboard the Picante 45, captained by Emilio ’Emily’ Arenas, and his reliable deckhand Pedro, kicked off the ’Los Cabos 1st annual Fish Rodeo Fishing Tournament’. By 10 am that morning, the vessel returns the dock, due an ’involuntary fish chumming’ for four of them, but, at the same time, they were beating the another yachts, because they already released a striped marlin, and boated a couple of dorado. The other 3 brave girls turned back to the ocean, but unfortunately, it was to late, another boat bested them in the tournament even though the released another triped Marlin. Congrats to the WINNERS. A cold front out of the Northwest caused for very choppy waters around the Peninsula. Marlin fishing video.
