Every year from May through to September, large packs of sailfish gather along the outer slopes of the barrier reef.
Often, individual sailfish come inside the reef and are found in the lagoons.
Though caught all year round, May-September is by far the best time of year for sailfish .
We specialise in targeting sailfish on light tackle from 4kg to 10kg
A lot of sailfish are caught whilst trolling lures for wahoo though our favourite method of catching sailfish is to bait &switch or troll rigged baits and teasers.
Bite Me holds the M-08 and M-10kg sailfish Fiji National Records.Â
