Quepos Fishing Reports have remained good through April 19 2009 when Karen Taylor who is on a World Tour stopped in Quepos for a day in pursuit of a Sailfish. She was of course rewarded with her Sail while fishing with Quepos Sailfishing Charters as pictured below. Fishing Report: Fishing Report for Quepos Costa Rica has remained great through April 16th. Quepos Fishing Charter client on April 15th Matt Rubenstein headed offshore with the hope to catch a big Sailfish. He fished by himself with Captain Glenn Morales and First Mate Michael Meza. They were 37 miles out where they found the action. Hooked into a Marlin that he fought for 2 hours before getting it to the boat followed by 3 Sailfish releases. He came in an hour early to tell about his releases.
Today February 17 2009,the Marlin Bite is still on. Report for today. Three Brothers, 2 clients in much need of a massage after releasing 19 Sailfish and a Marlin. Wahoo clients released 8 Sailfish and a Marlin. Mar I released 9 Sailfish and 1 Marlin and clients on Pez Espada released 5 Sailfish and changed flights to stay one more day for more action here. February 12: Well the Marlin Catch here continues to be outstanding. Most boats today came in with a Marlin Catch and lots of Sailfish. Steve Cohen fishing Reel Deal had a 300 lb. Marlin and 3 Sailfish, Pez Espada had a Marlin and 11 Sails. Sean Bloomfield fished Idra and started day inshore and got a nice Roosterfish and then headed offshore and released a Sailfish before heading back to San Jose. Maxwell Maher fished the Mar 1 and released 6 Sailfish of 13 Raised. The Three Brothers had a spec
