Negro River - Peacock Bass Negro River - We will navigate this enormous River aboard our Hotel boat visiting numerous lakes, lagoons, and creeks, home for large numbers of this brave tropical game fish, admired as number one target for the visiting sport fisherman. From May thru October, considered high water season, when large parts of the forest get flooded, the fish will be hunting and hiding in surrounding vegetation making it hard to catch him.
