Well Good day All
It’s been six weeks since the World Cup and two months since my last update, but we were busy catching Snoek, Snoek and more Snoek, by whatever means you like, Conventional, Fly, Rod and Reel and even drop shot.
It’s been a phenomenal Snoek season but the good news is that the Tuna looks set to return earlier this year with good warm and blue water massing south of the canyon and already starting to move into our area of operation. So for those of you wanting to test your ability at catching “Proper Fish†get those bookings in early as we have had a flood of enquiries from abroad and as most of you know the weather always has the final say. My gut feel is that we will start to see fish from mid September with October and November being prime.
Also don’t forget our very own Tuna Derby from the 02/11 - 07/11 where we are available for charters with great prizes to be won.
Anyway, the boats are ready, the tackle serviced, the lures re-hooked and the lines replaced for what promises to be a cracker of a season.
Enjoy the photo’s.
