6/11 Capt John Friel fished with Charlie today and the trout bite was on, they boated 21 fish and lost about a dozen more. Mostly using popping corks with minnows and DOA shrimp. 6/12 Capt Richard fished with Alan Porter and they caught 13 trout and a redfish, and lost some huge reds to the sharp oysters. 6/13 Capt Friel fished with Richard Jordan and they fished the Cooper River and boated 15 nice trout and 4 flounder, that afternoon he ran a shark fishing trip and caught some nice reds

Affinity Charters is owned and operated by Charleston, South Carolina native Captain John Ward Jr. Captain John is a full time fishing guide who holds a 100-ton Masters License from the USCG, and has two current IGFA world records while fishing with customers. Capt. John has over 25 years of fishing experience in Charleston and surrounding waters. He makes it his own personal goal on to provide a safe, productive, and memorable fishing trip.
